You can call any phone number directly from your PC, using a Softphone. A Softphone is an application which allows you to make phone calls, manage contacts, track calls made etc. Check below links for downloading and installation:

SIP devices allow you to make internet calls in a more usual way - from a common phone rather than from PC. SIP devices such as Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) or a SIP phone, directly connect to internet, without using your PC. When you cannot use your PC or internet connection, you can access Megatel services via Access Number or Callback.
Access Number - is a local phone number which allows you to use your Megatel account directly from your home or cell phone. To make a phone call you just need to dial the Acces number, wait for voice menu and dial desired destination.

Callback - is another local number service. To use it dial the Callback number and hang up after first ring tone. In a couple of seconds you will receive an incoming call. Answer it and dial desired destination number. Calback is usefull when you travelling abroad or for some reasons cannot call the Access Number.

You can initiate a call form your My Account area with a mouse click, just by entering your phone number and destination number in corresponding fields. In a couple of seconds you will receive an incoming call. Answering it you will be connected to desired destination.
